Growth & Community Manager

Description

We're looking for a Growth & Community Manager to own our online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. We're a team of experienced people from different fields, with a successful startup exit behind us. We're building products in the Learning & Development and Cybersecurity domains — and we need someone to make sure the right people know we exist.

How will you work?

Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period. Full-time, fully remote from Croatia.

Besides the craft, we value curiosity, independence, and the ability to speak your mind.

What will you do?

Own our online presence from end to end — strategy, content, execution, and measurement.

  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook channels
  • Create content from scratch — copy, visuals, and short-form video
  • Run market research and identify outreach opportunities
  • Recruit participants for user interviews — find the right people, reach out, and schedule them
  • Run small paid campaigns on Meta and test what actually works
  • Track what's working, report on it honestly, and iterate quickly

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone who takes ownership — not someone who waits to be told what to post
  • You can write clearly in English, put together a decent visual, and shoot a short video without drama
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience running social channels — if you're genuinely good, that's enough
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — we don't have a brand playbook yet, and you'll help shape it
  • Proactive about sharing ideas, calling out what's not working, and trying something different

What do we offer?

Depending on knowledge and experience, gross salary from €1,500 to €2,500 per month. You'll be working directly with the founders — no middle managers, no approval loops. Your ideas get heard the same day you have them. We don't offer perks. We offer access.
